CODA International Survey for Restructure 
In 2022, the CODA membership voted to create two organizations, CODA USA and a CODA International entity. This survey will be used to help TeamUSA create a proposed restructure plan and present the results of our findings to the membership at the 2024 conference. We would love to include your thoughts in this survey. Your responses are appreciated and will greatly impact our future. If you have completed a paper survey, we ask you not to duplicate your responses.

4. CODA US Board of Directors structure (Part 1)
Should the Board of Directors have a succession/transition period where the outgoing members have time to train and transfer information to the incoming board members? For example: Outgoing Board members cease service January 1st.
